Genetics
Genetics was created during the pandemic of 2020 while experimenting with a positive collective mindset while congregating at Rakoon studio in Miami. For sixteen months, Ricardo Lund, Alessandro Gozo, Eric Villedrouin and Rodrigo Buelvas tried a variety of nostalgic rhythms and lyrical expressions to develop this musical synergy.

The result is a collaborative group named "Quaint" thanks to their attractively unusual combination of ideas. Quaint's first album "Genetics" unique sound is a love letter to sample sounds and old songs, giving birth to a different music resolution.

The concept design finds itself in the intersection of Miami's vibrant color palette and Edward Hopper's everyday mondain moments. Possibly best depicted in 1952's oil on canvas "Morning Sun". It is in the spirit of everyday situations where these artists define their creative voices. Best illustrated on the album cover.
